JV Capital Ltd. was founded early 2008 by Vilhjalmur Thor Vilhjalmsson and family.  

Civil construction and mining have been the main business of the Vilhjalmsson family throughout the years and the founding of JV Capital Ltd is a part of the family strategy to invest in the mineral exploration, mining, civil construction and land development sectors.

We invest in companies at early stages and focusing our strategy into exciting investments mainly in mineral exploration projects. We invest in teams and growth companies with clear strategy of growth and exit.

We take active role in the companies we invest in either at board level or assist the management in achieving their goals.
