Vilhjalmur holds a diploma in Business Administration from the University of Bifrost, Iceland. In his professional career he has been active in the mining and civil construction industry along with investments and development projects. He currenlty also serves as a Chairman and CEO of publicly listed Ubique Minerals CSE:UBQ and GreenBank Capital inc. CSE:GBC
Over the last 31 years he has mainly been operating in Canada, Scandinavia, Greenland, UK, and Africa. His roles have been in Senior Management and Director level ranging from green-field exploration projects to mining services and mine build up. In his previous role he headed a team that took SX from $1m market cap to over$150m.

Mr. Eyjólfsson Headed one of Iceland´s largest civil construction companies and has worked various types of civil construction and mining projects in Iceland, Norway and Greenland. Including dual highway projects, geothermal Power plant and drilling & Exploration projects.

Guðmundur Runar Svavarsson

Master mason by trade and graduated with business administration diploma from the University of Bifröst Iceland.Former mayor of Grimsnes in Iceland and currently project manager.
Since 2009 been a non-executive director for JV Capital ehf an investment company specializing in small and medium mining and technology companies.
